After the chamber is preheated, the client enters and the session begins immediately. Steam sauna, far infrared, microcurrents, essential oils, photon light, and concentrated oxygen breathing all start from minute 0 and run throughout the entire session. CO₂ is introduced first, creating carbonic acid that opens skin pores and supports healthy circulation.
Ozone fills the chamber for the balance of the session, working synergistically with the steam, far infrared, and other technologies already running. PEMF can be activated at any point during the session. All technologies continue working simultaneously through minute 30.
